Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return your purchase.

Regularly stocked merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, unopened, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. You will receive a full refund less shipping costs. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

We require the following information to process your return:
Note: Your return will not be processed if you do not provide ALL required information.

  • Your full name and address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Packing Slip
  • The original order confirmation number
  • The reason for returning the merchandise

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 10 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call Earthkare Customer Support at (818) 497-8613 during normal business hours to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

Special order returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

Earthkare Packaging Innovations Co. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Returns Are Not Available on the Following Products:
Custom made products and custom printed products.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order you must send an email to orders@earthkare.com within 8 hours of when you first placed your order or call (818) 497-8613. If your order has already been processed you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Email cancellations must contain the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Order number
  • Email address

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regard to your order cancellation.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
