Tracking Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our warehouse and will appear on our website under “My Account” along with your order information.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. There are several ways to track the status of your order:

  • Check your email. The email address you provided during checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. Sign In to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at 24 hours a day.
  • Contact us . If you still have questions about your order, contact Customer Service at (818) 497-8613 during normal business hours.

The status of your order is supplied by and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (FedEx or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from “Order History ” in “My Account” when it becomes available.
